Special Events

Cuba Libre is the perfect choice for any special occasion and can accommodate small parties of 6 as well as large parties with up to 100 guests upstairs in our main dining room.  To receive special event pricing details and group menus, contact our Director of Special Event Planning & Marketing, Norma Dickey at 214.764.7789 or via email at [email protected] (Monday-Friday) and she will plan an unforgettable party for you and your guests.  Cuba Libre Cafe offers the following open areas in its upstairs dining room for groups:

 

 "THE LIBRE LOUNGE"
Offering a panoramic view of our upstairs bar and main dining room, the "Libre Lounge' includes a large sectional couch and enough space for up to 12 guests seated, 20 guests reception style.  This area is perfect for drinks and appetizers but not conducive for plated dinners.

"THE LIBRE LOUNGE AREA"
Consisting of the Libre Lounge plus two tables, the "Libre Lounge Area" accomodates up to 25 guests and is ideal for appetizer buffet and platters of hors d'oeuvres.

 

 

"THE MIDDLE SECTION"
Well suited for seated dinners for up to 26 guests at one long table or up to 32 guests at 4 tables with up to 8 guests each.  Can be combined with The Cuba Lounge at an additional charge.  Please inquire with the event coordinator. 

 

 

 

EXCLUSIVITY use of Entire Upstairs Bar and Main
Dining Room (does not include patio) is perfect for larger groups, the entire Cuba Libre upstairs dining room will comfortably accomodate seated dinners with up to 65 guests or reception style events with up to 100 guests with limited seating. (private, daily)

 

 

GROUP RESERVATION POLICY & RESTRICTIONS: 

Food and beverage minimum sales guarantees are required for groups with 16 or more guests beginning at 5:00pm on Friday and Saturday evenings and 25 or more guests on Sunday through Thursday evening. Completed Reservation Confirmation Forms are required for all groups with 15 or more guests Sunday through Thursday, and 9 or more guests on Friday and Saturday.  Please contact our Director of Special Events, Norma Dickey, for detailed information.  (214) 764-7789 or via e-mail [email protected] Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

No outside food or beverage is permitted at Cuba Libre.  Birthday cakes are permitted with a $2/person charge.
